When editing messages sent in a conversation, \u201cUnsend Message\u201d appears above \u201cDelete Message.\u201d If unsend message is selected, a pop-up appears, asking to confirm the choice, saying, \u201cYour message will be removed from the chat, and you.\u201d Wong also says that there will be a time limit for unsending messages, much like\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2018\/8\/20\/17761240\/google-gmail-undo-send-android-mobile-feature\">Gmail\u2019s \u201cUndo Send\u201d<\/a>\u00a0feature that gives a 30 second window after an email is sent to unsend. Wong doesn\u2019t mention what Messenger\u2019s unsend time limit is.<\/p>\n<p>In response, a spokesperson confirmed to a technology industry news\u00a0publisher that \u201cFacebook internally tests products and features before they ship to the public, so we can ensure the quality of the experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s currently no indication of when this feature will be available, only that the Facebook team is working on it.
